OREO cookie 100th birthday celebration

Host Colin Mochrie and singer Jully Black brought the curtain down on the giant Oreo Cookie in the #Toronto Eaton Centre as hundreds gathered around the stage for the 100th birthday celebration of the cookie. The lunch hour crowds lined up in the centre square on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 as free cookies were given out and a large Oreo mascot posed for pictures.

This is one of the giant cookies that they used to soak up the milk spill that flooded Union Station and shut down the Toronto subway system.
