Battle of the Atlantic Remembrance

The Cenotaph at #Toronto Old City Hall was the site of the 67th anniversary remembrance ceremony of the Battle of the Atlantic. Members of the Naval branch of the armed services, veterans and cadets gathered together with other supporters to remember the longest continuous battle in the Second World War. A military band was also on hand as a number of wreaths were placed by various groups at the base of the cenotaph.
The event took place Sunday May 6, 2012 at Queen Street West and Bay Street.
