The reflecting pond at #Toronto City Hall's Nathan Phillips Square will be out of action during the summer as construction has begun on the necessary upgrades. The City says that the ice surface will be ready for the 2012/2013 skating season. PCL has put up a green skirt around the pond and has started concrete sawing.
