ALS Plane Pull

Pulling a plane in support of ALS Ontario (known as Lou Gehrig's disease) was a team effort, and each 10 person team had to pull a 17,800 kg Bombardier Q400 NextGen passenger plane on May 15, 2011. The fastest team to cover the distance won the event. The tag line: "One plane. One rope. One great cause".
Winners - Toronto Professional Firefighters
Eleven teams braved the fierce competition with the champions being the Toronto Professional Firefighters followed by the Markham Firefighters and in third place was the team Blood, Sweat and Beers. The rest of the teams were CGI Team, Propellers, PNR Railworks, The Robert Half Pully Pullertons, Bios Exactly, Bombadier Bullets, G-ALS With Pull and The Tailspin.
