Pump up the jam #Toronto, and when I say jam, I mean muscles - the 2012 Toronto Pro SuperShow is coming back to town Friday to Sunday, June 1, 2, 3. The Metro Toronto Convention Centre will once again host the weekend show full of seminars, weightlifting, arm wrestling, strongman, martial arts, model searches and figure, fitness, bikini and physique championships.
The body is a temple and with these competitors they are truly works of art. Wander the exhibit halls to see the many fitness and nutrition vendors, apparel and accessories in a show that is billed as bigger and better than 2011!

The Expo will run Friday June 1 from 1-6pm, Saturday June 2 from 9am-6pm and Sunday June 3 from 10am to 4pm.
