More graffiti and posters

The alleys running from Queen Street West are full of graffiti. Some of the walls say artists are welcome. And the bold styles and colours fill walls up to a certain height - most street artists don't run with ladders apparently.

I came upon a guy with a few spray cans painting a wall and asked if I could take a picture of him in the act, he said only if it didn't include his face. That was okay because his work wasn't that good.

Some of the art is striking and the large "canvas" adds to their impact.

I guess I could live with graffiti on a bare alleyway but I would hate to see graffiti and tags covering the rest of a building, and only if the owner agreed.

Many of the temporary construction walls providing protection to passing pedestrians (that's a few p's) are full of posters advertising clubs, movies and bands. The group of green posters for the Black Eyed Peas. announced the release of their new album.
