Dragon Tai Chi

A pair of dragons danced among an orderly platoon doing Taoist Tai Chi in #Toronto today. The lime green shirts filled Yonge-Dundas Square and kept people safe from the wandering dragons during the Fung Loy Kok Taoist Tai Chi International Awareness Day. The dragons took dozens of people to bring the magical beasts to life as they flowed around, intertwined and settled in circles, all while chasing a golden ball. Lift your spirit, renovate your body is the motto for today.

"Come and join us for a free introduction of the Taoist Tai Chi™ arts. The event includes demonstrations of Taoist Tai Chi™ arts, free classes for beginners, greetings from distinguished guests and representatives of the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism and the International Taoist Tai Chi Society from 26 countries, a discussion of the importance of dual cultivation of body and mind as well as a Dragon Dance and Parade."
