Gorgeous Ferrari luxury sportscars will be driven by private owners who compete on production based vehicles around the Streets of Toronto race course in Exhibition Station. The series has been held in North America since 1994 and allows the owners to open up the throttle of these cars and give both the drivers and the race fans a thrill. You see a few Ferrari around town, but its like they are in cages - now you can see them free range.

"Privateers have played an important role in Ferrari’s racing activities from the very earliest days of the brand. Ferrari added a new phase to this tradition in 1993 with the creation of the Ferrari Challenge. This single-marque racing series was designed to allow Ferrari owners to compete with fellow Ferrari owners on some of the world’s greatest race tracks."

The Ferrari Fan Zone is right across from Pit Lane and provides a great view of the action in the pits, the cars going full tilt down the long Princes' Boulevard Straightaway and you can chill out in the Direct Energy Centre during some of the breaks in the action.
