With an overwhelming majority of the votes, Justin takes the Liberal leadership crown and appears on Monday, April 15, 2013 in Canada's Parliament. The country's parliamentary website has already been updated with the new information. First elected in 2008 to the Montreal riding of Papineau the popular politician continues his dramatic rise in Canada.
