Kevin Clarke has a megaphone

#Toronto heard the voice of Kevin recently as he used a megaphone at the corner of Queen Street West and Bay Street and voiced his displeasure of the current city hall. He wasn't attracting a crowd even though plenty of pedestrians pass by during the early start of the afternoon rush hour. He was impeccably dressed, unlike previous occasions where he wearing colourful robes, sporting a big, red hat or dressed like a dime store Santa Claus, and wielded the microphone with a confident but not screaming voice.
At the time he was talking about the fact that a garbage route ran through a school area and a child had gotten run over by one of the trash trucks. He blamed the city for putting the big vehicles in school areas.
I was also surprised he wasn't one of the final candidates in the Federal Liberal Party mini-convention held this weekend.
