Tall Ships at Redpath Waterfront Festival

Ports Toronto brings back a magnificent fleet of Tall Ships to this year's attractions Along Queen's Quay. From July 1 to 3 and the flotilla also includes two modern warships from the Royal Canadian Navy. Public deck tours were available each day of the festival and the finale Parade of Sails started at 4pm on Sunday.
The fleet return as part of the Tall Ships Challenge Great Lakes Series race taking place throughout the summer. Comprised of a Viking ship called Draken Harald Harfagre, a Spanish galleon El Galeon, the Pride of Baltimore, brigantines Playfair, Pathfinder and St Lawrence II. In addition there was the racing boat O Canada and Kingston and Her Majesty's Canadian Ships Kingston and Goose Bay.




Queen's Quay regualars - the Empire Sandy and the Kajama kept the other tall ships company during their stay
