Cosplay or comics - pick your flavour and head over to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre for the latest edition of
FanExpo from September 3-6, 2015. The event also attracts followers of Sci-fi, Horror, Anime and Gaming but for me the costumes are the show - check out their Cosplay Masquerade with Master of Ceremonies Gordon Rose.
"FanExpo boasts the largest comics, sci-fi, horror, anime, and gaming event in Canada, the third largest in North America. It is packed with exciting family-friendly activities and celebrity guests including Jenna Coleman (Doctor Who), Tyler Posey (Teen Wolf), and more announced soon! The all-ages pop culture convention expects to host over 127,000 fans at 750,000 sq ft of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre for the four-day event."
Celebrities bring autograph and photo sessions but they don't tend to do anything for free so bring some money if you want to meet your favourite star.
