Argos vs Ticats

The double blue beat the black and gold 33-21 when Toronto got in the grip of LeFevour! BMO Field was busy on Sunday, September 11, 2016 when Toronto Argonaut QB Dan LeFevour passed for 329 yards during his first start of the season and beat the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Both teams are now tied in the Eastern Division CFL standings - in the middle of the small pack.
Ticats had a great second quarter, but Argos kept the pressure on throughout the game and the home town cheerleaders pushed the team onto greater glory with those shiny blue pom-poms. The girls also put on a fantastic show during the pre-game tailgate party. Then the cheerleaders formed a path for the players as fireworks were set-off during player introductions.

The new and improved stadium is bigger and better, plus we were in the southend supporter section and the new roof kept bright sun out of our eyes as we enjoyed the action on the artificial turf.

See more of the game after the jump.
