This ball and chain fence is going to get all medieval on your ass! The angry black metal guards the grass at Toronto's St. James Cathedral at the corner of Church and Adelaide Streets. I wonder if they had a bunch of these weapons laying around in the basement, like some spare flails and maces, and decided to just hang them around the church.
