Caribana is a celebration full of feathers, bright colours and beauty and unfortunately it's not just around the corner. Ya know I looked up the link and noticed that Scotiabank sponsors Caribana so then I thought about what other cool stuff do they bring us and I found
Scotiabank Nuit Blanche,
Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon,
Scotiabank Buskerfest,
Scotiabank Aids Walk for Life,
Scotiabank Giller Prize Gala, etc, etc, I mean what don't they sponsor? Now TD does the
TD Canada Trust Jazz Festival but what about those other banks? Cheap Bastards, a little run here, a small film festival there - they should really try harder.
