I don't think it is a rain forest, just general forest growth taking over the bus shelter at Dundas and Yonge Streets in downtown Toronto. This specific shelter seems to the focal point for a lot of specific marketing campaigns due to the high vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the area which is right in front of the Eaton Centre.
