Drum Fest in the Beaches

Percussion instruments of all varieties beat out their rhythms in the #Toronto Beach Woodbine Park as part of the 14th annual Muhtadi International Drumming Festival. The weekend family-friendly party happened June 8-9, 2013 in the park just north of Ashbridges Bay. "The Free Festival where all cultures come together, drumming and dancing to one beat!"

Two stages were celebrating the drum with multicultural performances by master drummers and many drum groups. You could enjoy the atmosphere with vendors, food trucks and a large beer tent.
