Toronto Windfest 2023

The wind started slowly but the kites gathered along Woodbine Beach before reaching for the sky during the annual Toronto Windfest from 11am to 4pm on Saturday, September 16. 

Some of these kites are immense, some are the typical triangular shapes but they all seem to have long tails and are all handled by skilled kite fliers. The yellow and black one is a sting ray.
