Salmon spawning in the Credit River

It's hard not to feel sorry for the thousands of fish that make the journey upstream from Lake Ontario, for those fish that have completed the journey, their bodies lay along the water's edge and spent eggs can be seen nearby. Last year we watched the salmon in Lowville Park.

This is along the riverfront trail just upstream of McNab Park. This is just off highway #7 in Norval
