Weather experts said that Ontario was in for a traditional winter season and booyah they were wrong. Although they were partially right for December 2016, so far in 2017 it has been primo. Not a lot of snow and warmer than I could believe. And to celebrate Toronto starts to wake up from its winter slumber.
The rest of February and March have a lot of shows and events coming to town.
The Toronto Black Film Festival starts on Feb 15,
Winterfolk Blues and Roots Festival will start playing soon while
Fishing,
cars, the
Motorcycle Show Toronto and the
Outdoor Adventure Show are some of the great events finishing off the grey month of February.
And then, wow, we start off the third month of the year knowing that Spring officially starts March 20th and bang, it starts off with
Sexapalooza March 3 (photo at top). "Looking for something new? Interesting? Maybe a little risque? Come to Sexapalooza this weekend in Toronto for all of that and more. Take in a few seminars or take part in a workshop. Stop by and play in the dungeon. When you're ready, head on over to the Main Stage with a drink in hand to take in the sinful sights. The same weekend will feature the
Monster Energy Supercross at Rogers Centre.
One week later the epic
Toronto Motorama Custom Car and Motorsports Expo starts March 10. Another fave is the
Spring Toronto Comicon busting out the cosplay March 17-19.
