#Toronto International Boat Show 2014

The dreams of many a nautical couple were brought to life in the Direct Energy Centre where a 1,200 boats waited for a bottles of champagne to christen the beautiful vessels. The more than one million square feet of show space provides a boat buying paradise located within Exhibition Place and is on from January 11 to 19. In addition to the boats on the floor of the centre you could also ride in boats on the world's largest indoor pool filled with over one million gallons of cold Lake Ontario water.

Work crews laboured long to change the Ricoh Coliseum's hockey rink into a rather large body of water, sufficient for wakeboard competitions and other on-water demonstrations. "Boat rides are available on the world's largest indoor lake for boaters, along with wakeboarding lessons, practices and demonstrations by trained experts using the Sesitec System that gently and safely pulls riders across the water. Lifejackets, wetsuits and wakeboards are provided in all sizes. All activities are FREE with admission, making the Toronto International Boat Show the best entertainment value for your dollar.
