innerNinjaTurtle crime fighters came out for pizza and graffiti in #Toronto @YDsquare today. Four graffiti artists had a live competition to capture the four Turtles using only spray paint; Raphael, Leonardo, Donatello and Michelangelo. Posted by James Hamilton and Joe Hamilton.
Two of the famous Turtles, Michelangelo and Rapheal, met with fans and posed for pictures while the graffiti battle took place with cans and cans of spraypaint and 7x7 foot plywood canvas set up across from the Toronto Eaton Centre. You can vote online to pick your favourite graffiti design with the winning design to be featured on an exclusive Walmart t-shirt. The other two Turtles; Leonardo and Donatello, must have been in the sewers.
The graffiti artists were Spenser Harrington (Random), Angel Carrillo (Cruz1), Jose-Gabriel Sandoval (Wahziir) and Adrian Hayles.
Viacom International Media Networks, Nickelodeon Canada and Walmart put on the promotion in anticipation of the upcoming summer release of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The four green superheroes, joined by their sensei Master Splinter and Megan Fox as April O'Neil, fight evil.
