A SWAT officer is perched high above the target as crisis negotiators try their best to diffuse the situation. Or rather, the actor is on a temporary construction platform just feet off the ground in front of a green screen waiting for the filming to start.

Global TV has started a new action drama series currently being shot in Toronto. They brought a hefty contingent of vehicles and film equipment to get the action on film, or digital - whatever. The Canadian-French co-production will also be on CBS in America.
