The sprawling complex that makes up the Honest Ed's discount store has been sold to a Vancouver developer Westbank Properties which also built the Shrangri-La Hotel in Toronto. Listed at a cool $100 million since July the large chunk of property didn't take long to sell. The site will be leased back to Mirvish for the next 2-3 years during the planning and approval stage.
