Erin Fair on Thanksgiving Weekend

While the turkey cowers in hiding we head to Erin Fair held over the Thanksgiving Weekend - the big draw being the Demolition Derby. In eager anticipation of the crashing and the hitting there is time to grab a deep fried mars bar and take some rides on the midway in the small town that is north west of Toronto. As the sun sets over the rides we notice that the fair seems strangely quiet - later we find that the thousands of people are already getting seats overlooking the derby site.

The Ferris Wheel provides a great place to check out the fair grounds and the bright lights come out when the darkness creeps into the fair.

See more pictures after the jump.
