Pirate Festival

Pirates, corsets and treasure, X marks the spot and then there were mudfights. The fourth annual Pirate Festival had a jolly, sword fighting good time at Milton's Country Heritage Park just to the west of Toronto. The show was advertised as happening at Dry Bluffs - the pirate village without water.
The event was similar to a Renaissance Festival but instead of saying "m'lord" you said "arghhhhhh" and "matey". And the lil'pirates looked liked they were taking prisoners and having fun.

A Mudshow was put on by the Sturdy Beggars.
See more photos after the jump. Posted by Joe Hamilton.
