Eye of the storm

Hurricane Irene is moving up the east coast of North America and will eventually pass through Quebec and Labrador. It is said that strongest winds are to the right - take that PEI, and the heaviest rains are to the left - your turn Quebec and Ontario and looking like it will hit Canada on Monday and Tuesday.

I think I have a picture of the eye of the hurricane, above, either that or it's an artistic sun representation from somewhere in Kensington Market.
