The urban adventure run has 2-person teams undertake a variety of physical, intellectual, adventurous and humorous challenges over 4 to 6 hours. They can even take public transit, call friends or family, use the internet and get help from strangers. Some interesting rules include; entrants must stay within 20 metres of their team mates at all time, they must wear the competition shirt at all time, they cannot use in line skates, bicycles or any other form of transport other than their feet and public transit.
