It's like an army of yummy donuts getting ready for war. They roll out of the hot oil and get drenched in liquid sugar. Of course they don't give out the free ones anymore at the Krispy Kreme donut store, but they are fun to get every once in a blue moon. I think that the designers of the entrance to Old City Hall had donuts on their mind when they did the rails.
