Toronto prepares Nathan Phillips Square for the Cavalcade of Lights Celebration. The pond has been drained and Christmas lights and stars added to the arches. It won't be long before the skating rink is in place. Strings of lights are being put up on the extra large Christmas Tree.
The trees in the Osgoode Hall property finally have finally realized that fall has arrived.
